Welcome to Lellaï. These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between Lellaï (hereinafter «the Brand», «We», or «Us») and the customer (hereinafter «You») regarding the purchase of our garments through our online boutique.

By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms. We recommend reading them carefully before finalizing your purchase.

2. Nature of the Service

Lellaï offers an online platform for the sale of modest, timeless clothing. Our collections are designed with a focus on Muslim modest identity and high-quality craftsmanship. We ship to all countries within the European Union and select international territories.

3. Order Process and Contract Formation

To place an order, you must follow the online shopping process.

• Confirmation: Once you place an order, you will receive an automated email acknowledging receipt («Order Confirmation»). This does not mean the order has been accepted.
• Acceptance: The contract between us is only formed when we send you a second email confirming that the garment has been dispatched («Shipping Confirmation»).
• Availability: All orders are subject to availability. If a piece is out of stock after an order is placed, we will notify you immediately and provide a full refund.

4. Pricing and Payment via SumUp

• Currency: Prices are displayed in Euros (€).
• Taxes: In accordance with Spanish law, all prices include the Value Added Tax (IVA) applicable at the time of purchase.
• SumUp Security: Payments are processed through SumUp, a secure European payment gateway. SumUp ensures that your credit/debit card data is encrypted and handled under the highest PCI-DSS security standards. Lellaï does not store or have access to your full financial details.
• Modifications: We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders for which a Shipping Confirmation has already been sent.

5. Delivery and Risk

• Shipping: We ship from our hub in Spain to the EU. Delivery times (typically 3-5 business days for EU) are estimates and not guarantees.
• Transfer of Risk: The risk of loss or damage to the garments passes to you upon physical delivery of the package to the address provided.
• Undelivered Items: If a delivery fails due to incorrect information provided by the customer, the costs of re-shipping will be the responsibility of the customer.

6. Right of Withdrawal (Desistimiento)

Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 calendar days without giving any reason.

• Period: The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day you, or a third party indicated by you, receives the package.
• Notification: To exercise this right, you must inform us at info@lellai.com with a clear statement of your decision to withdraw.
• Refunds: We will refund all payments received from you (excluding the costs of return shipping) using the same payment method used for the initial transaction (via SumUp). We may withhold the refund until we have received the garments back or you have supplied evidence of having sent them back.

7. Legal Guarantee for Defective Products

In accordance with the Spanish General Law for the Defense of Consumers, all new products sold by Lellaï carry a legal guarantee of three (3) years from the date of delivery against manufacturing defects.

• Coverage: This guarantee covers non-conformity of the garment. It does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper washing (contrary to our Care Guide), or normal wear and tear.
• Remedy: If a product is defective, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund, free of charge.

8. Intellectual Property

Lellaï is a brand built on original vision and heritage. All content on this website—including but not limited to designs, photographs, logos, text, and brand storytelling—is the exclusive property of Lellaï and is protected by international intellectual property laws. Any unauthorized use or reproduction is strictly prohibited.

Intellectual Property Rights All visual and written content on this website—including but not limited to photography, garment designs, branding, and storytelling—is the intellectual property of Lellaï. Each image is a result of our creative heritage and is protected by European and International Copyright Laws.

Strict Non-Authorization Policy: We do not grant any license or authorization for the use, reproduction, or redistribution of our photography or content for any purpose.

Legal Enforcement: Lellaï takes the protection of its creative assets very seriously. We actively monitor unauthorized use of our imagery. Any infringement will result in immediate legal action, including but not limited to DMCA takedown notices, civil lawsuits, and claims for financial compensation for damages to the brand’s image and intellectual equity.

9. Liability and Force Majeure

Lellaï shall not be held liable for any failure to perform our obligations if such failure is the result of acts of  «Force Majeure» (e.g., strikes, transport disruptions, pandemics, or government restrictions).

10. Privacy and Data Protection

11. Online Dispute Resolution (ODR)

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Spanish Law. In the event of a dispute, both parties submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of the customer’s place of residence , as permitted by consumer protection regulations.
