We wish for every Lellaï piece to feel like a sanctuary. If a garment does not bring you total harmony, we welcome you to return it within 14 days of delivery.

1. Returns To maintain the sanctity of our collections, items must be returned in their original, pristine condition—unworn, unwashed, and with all Lellaï tags and signature packaging intact. To initiate a return, please contact us at info@lellai.com with your order number. As a boutique brand committed to intentional, slow production, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the client.
2. Refunds Once your return is received at our European hub, it will undergo a dedicated quality inspection. Upon approval:

• Processing: Your refund will be processed back to your original method of payment.
• Timeline: Please allow 7–10 business days for the credit to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution’s processing times.
• Note: Original shipping charges are non-refundable. If you received a garment that arrived with a defect, Lellaï will assume all costs for the return and provide a full refund, including initial shipping. The defect should be reported within 48 hours of receiving the package. 

III. Payments To ensure your checkout experience is as fluid and secure as our silks, Lellaï partners with SumUp, a leading European payment gateway. This partnership allows us to offer you a highly secure environment for all transactions.

• Accepted Methods: We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) as well as Apple Pay and Google Pay, all processed securely via SumUp.
